Physical Products
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange, as long as:
•Items are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
•Tags are still attached
•You have proof of purchase
To Start a Return:
Email contact@zevanta.co with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note: Return shipping costs are not covered unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Digital products (PDFs, templates, guides, tools) are non-refundable. Downloads are delivered automatically after purchase.
